So, he did try to sue me. Actually, he tried to scare me.
Two months ago, I received a letter from a lawyer stating if I didn't pay, he would have no choice but to press charges for the amount due. What he doesn't seem to realize is I know a lawyer will write you a letter for anything for a little bit of cash.
However, they won't SUE for a little bit of cash, especially if they'll lose. As far as I heard from the grapevine he is STILL looking for a lawyer that'll take the case.

Update x2
Well, The Ex rang to discuss the Bill. I offered him a $3000 settlement for my tickets and the car combined and told him I had thouroughally researched the document was, in fact, not legal. Not only has this been confirmed by over 4 local lawyers, but also by overseas lawyers, news stations and radio stations. He doesn't know about the last three.
He piped up saying he had a document from a lawyer (that I've never met) saying the contract was, in fact, legal.
He also tried to claim he paid for petrol in my car. He has no receipts. I have all of them.
I questioned the document stating it's legality's existence and all he did was call me a bitch and threaten to sue me - repeatedly. I stated if he could show me a legal letter stating the document in question was in fact bound by law, I'd pay him.
He hung up on me.
Looks like he'll be suing me, if he can. Which means instead of me paying the $3000 settlement I tried to offer, he'll be getting nothing and most likely be paying my court fees.
The reason the document is not legal is it: contains no consideration, I was under duress at the time of signing, the witness is related to one of the signers and the witness is a registered and licenced Justice of the Peace, which is never legally allowed to sign a document for a relative, also the document is not signed by a Justice of the Peace that legally binds documents. His father, if I were to be sued, would lose his licence to practice as well.
I'll keep you updated as this unfolds.

Update
I see this has gotten around a bit. Originally I wanted to keep it as it was so people can draw their own conclusions.
Yes, he did buy me a few things but no, I was not aware of all of it. Uluru tickets I admit to, which is why you can see considerable repayments towards him over the course of the relationship. At one point paying him $800 in one week, as you can see.
The car? I paid for half of it ($1500) so I have no idea why he billed me for the full car (yes it was cheap). The agreement was I give him rides and he doesn't pay me petrol in return for his half.
The smaller ones are him paying things on his credit card and me paying him back either immediately or later... this goes the same with the speeding ticket as you can see I paid a few days later with interest.. and some orders to howcool.com and amazon.com. During our relationship he agreed I could use his credit card if I paid him back since I did not have one at the time. The bill reflects my knowledge of at least this much.
And for those of you who think I didn't buy him anything.. what do you think that howcool.com order was for anyway? ;)
He also doesn't seem to have removed the cost of all those clothes I bought him. Man, I even bought him a new suit....
However... seasickness tablets... birthday dinners (I paid for my birthday dinner that night so he even took it OFF my debt, ain't he a peach!)... valentines gifts... flowers... thai food... international shipping..

A page was published twice and a page was missing. Here is the full document. I apologize. The missing page includes flowers he bought me, a thinkgeek order he got me and a few Amazon orders you can see I almost immediately reimbursed him for.
Once upon a time I had a boyfriend who lived with me. Together we had 3 cats and a couple birds and he was a douchebag.
Finally one day I kicked him out and two weeks later he came back, with his large father, and took his stuff. Before he finished taking everything; he handed me this and made me sign it.
I signed it out of confusion and being coerced and didn't even realize what it was really until I read it.
Then I thought it was the fucking funniest thing ever.
Here is everything he spent on me for a year and a half, itemized and billed to me. Luckily this won't hold up in court, but also luckily for you, I am posting it by popular demand for the world to see!
